We restarted the printer and tried to do a test 
print, but it is still not working. It made a 
beeping noise but did not print.

So we have been unable to print since yesterday 
morning. The printer was working fine on Monday 
evening when we were printing with cardstock paper 
and then switched the printer #1 tray to its 
original white 8.5x11 printer paper. 

It is still allowing the computers to hit "Print" 
and says the printer is online still. Although, on 
the printer itself, a message will appear saying 
we need to put the white printer paper in the tray 
due to having the wrong paper and does not 
complete the print job. We have reinserted new 
paper more than once and no longer have cardstock 
in the tray, so we are not sure what is causing 
the issue.

Please let me know if you need any additional 
information.
