Checked it out, everything seems to be working fine. Updated 
some monitor drivers and didn’t witness any monitor turn off for 
10 min

Will check it out later in the afternoon. My guess would be the BIOS 
issue we've been getting with the towers lately where display would 
be set to onboard graphics instead of the graphics card.

I had the user unplug all cords and plug them back 
in again and it is still not working,

No error message, just the one on the screen that 
says "No signal received".... something along 
those lines. It does not restart when this 
happens, I have to hard restart the computer to 
get it to work again.
