e's tried restarting multiple times and he forwarded 
a screenshot of a notification that an update is 
needed but when visiting the update page it just 
keeps spinning.

Could you help me set up a work request? My Mac 
(20181575) has been quite delayed and slow in the 
past few weeks, I'm not sure why, and I'm curious 
if a technician can come and take a look over it? 
I also can seem to select the software update 
either -- in system preferences, the software 
update button just shows a loading circling, but 
nothing is coming up.
