Went over there and the issue was solved. User said 
the mouse was not plugged in properly but he fixed 
it. Keyboard and Mouse were both working properly 
for him at that point.

Hi, 

We had a student inform us of an issue with the 
computer and keyboard in Hamersly Library Room 
#204. We tried turning on/off the desktop and 
restarting it, but it did not solve the issue. It 
seemed that the keyboard may not be working at 
all. We figured it was best to submit a work order 
request and notify you first. 

The name for the work order request can be under 
the name of Christopher Mansayon, the Information 
Desk supervisor.
