We finished imaging it and adding the software, I am 
going to try to make it crash, if it doesn't by the 
end of the day then we should give it back to her

I recorded with Snagit with youtube and a few other 
tabs open but didn't encounter a crash after 30 
minutes.

 Hi, 
I would like to re-visit this help request that I 
had started and closed last summer. My laptop 
continues to abruptly restart, displaying the blue 
screen with a stop code message as shown in the 
screengrab from July 1, 2021. Wondering if you've 
had additional instances of this and have learned 
to solve it?  It does happen both off and on 
campus. I'm very often only running Chrome when it 
crashes. (I had uninstalled the Slack app hoping 
that it might be the problem). 
I'm on campus this afternoon and would be glad to 
bring it to you.
