Printer has been replaced. Need to test out to see if the laptop can print wireless

Still no tracking number. The printer is back ordered but an escalation has been placed for it.

Xerox confirmed printer will be replaced. It is going to be replaced with a Xerox C315.

Still trying to see if they will just replace the whole printer. 

Printer is functional but still now working properly. The Document Handler that they replaced was broken so they either need to replace it again if we keep this printer or just have it as is until they send us a replacement printer.

Low Voltage power supply has been replaced
ESS Board has been replaced
IIT assembly has been replaced
-Parts ordered
--IIT Assembly in case the one replaced is not fully fucntional 
-- Document Handler

Trying to see if we can get the printer replaced since it is still not functional. Called Xerox and they have escalated the situation to the Tech Manager.

Xerox tech is waiting on a part that was ordered for the printer. They are hoping to come this week or next to work on the printer

Hi Ann,

We were just following up with you regarding a 
service request that we have for you.  (#79386)

Description: Printer in RWEC 213 keeps disconnecting 
from laptops.

Monica is going to get in contact with Xerox to come 
out and take a look at the printer and hopefully 
they can figure out what is going on with it.

Computer is working now. But the printer is acting 
up Monica is contacting xerox about it.

Good morning -
One of the laptops we have available for students 
in our resource room (RWEC 213) has frozen on the 
blue screen.

It has a frowny face emoji and says
"your device ran into a problem and needs to 
restart. We're just collecting some error info, 
and then we'll restart for you."  

But it's not actually doing anything.  It says "0% 
complete" and has been that way all morning.

I have the computer with me in RWEC 220

I feel like we've had this problem with this 
computer before and they are relatively new.
