picked-up for reimaging.

2020 laptop won't let me create a local account. 
john says there is a fix, but it will take a while

apparently maria is/was an adjunct employee; 
she is not here this summer to type in her 
password. 
john is going to have to go through apple to get 
access to the computer.

the 2020 one is more urgently needed. currently 
reimaging it.

reimaging the 2020 laptop. the 2019 laptop has 
some sort of lock on it that prevents me from 
erasing one of the drives and also prevents me 
from reinstalling the mac os.
