I am upstairs in New PE! I will be back in the
office tomorrow, and will be there from 9am until
3pm or so. I have most of tomorrow morning
available, if someone could possibly stop by then.
I am out of the office this Friday, and will
return Tuesday of next week. Thank you!

I have restarted my computer. When I am logged in
to the Creative Cloud, the apps listed under the
"included in your plan" header are Bridge and UXP
Developer Tools. It also looks like I can access
Adobe Acrobat, but all of the other apps look like
they are available for a trial only. Thank you.

To summarize: She is able to have access to the
licensed version of some creative cloud programs
like Acrobat, but with others like Indesign or
Illustrator it prompts her to use the Trial
versions. She is signing in with the right
credentials, and her account is licensed.

Hello,

I recently downloaded Adobe Creative Cloud and
plan to use InDesign and Illustrator. However,
when I log in to Adobe the program says that I
need to select a free trial of those applications.
I had thought that staff had access to all of the
apps on Adobe Creative Cloud-is that false? If we
do have access, what do I need to do differently
in order to access them? I have just been logging
in with my WOU Portal credentials, if there is
something else I should be doing please let me
know. Thank you!
