user needs a dock and a monitor. he does not have 
a dock, and the monitor he has is (1) a loaner and 
(2) a 2012. checking with nathan to see what he 
would like us to do. 

there were a dock and a monitor assigned to the 
computer. the dock number given is not assigned 
and is, theoretically, still in inventory; the 
monitor is in the library for some reason.

I am available anytime this morning, between 12:30 
and 2:00 this afternoon and after 3:00 pm. I am 
also available anytime tomorrow morning.

Let me know if any of those times work.

Also, I just got my WOU Macbook today and I have a 
monitor for it as well so I can have two screens. 
That said, I need the little box that will hook 
all that together. At the moment I cannot log into 
the Macbook but I am hoping that is related to the 
other login issue. Is it possible to schedule 
someone to come by and get me all set up with the 
laptop and the monitor?
