Description: Re-image laptop for new faculty member

We were wondering if you would like this laptop 
dropped off. It's imaged and ready to be used. Once 
the new hire joins us we can finish the setup with 
them.

We are doing some office planning on Wednesday.  
The short answer is that we have at least two 
faculty members yet to be hired.  New employees 
would not start until September so we are having 
to think through where their office should be and 
what their needs will be.

Description: Re-image laptop for new faculty 
member

Your mac laptop is almost ready to be delivered. 
We have Adobe, Microsoft Office, and Zoom 
installed. 

Some additional questions for your setup:
Do you need any additional software?
Would you like other admins on the computer beside 
yourself?
Can you confirm your building and room number?
What is your availability for the next few 
business days to set it up with you?

To prepare, if this delivery is replacing an 
existing station, please ensure that you move all 
of your files from that machine onto your H: drive 
or otherwise back them up.  Anything left on an 
old machine will not be accessible from your new 
one.  If you have any questions or need help 
backing up your data, please email me back or call 
our office at 8-8925.

Once that is complete, we can set up your new 
equipment.
