I need some additional information regarding 
service request #79465

Description: Dropped off a laptop that needs to be 
reimaged



Your mac laptop is almost ready to be delivered. 
We have Adobe, Microsoft Office, and Zoom 
installed.

Some additional questions for your setup:
Do you need any additional software?
Is this setup for or someone else?
Would you like other admins on the computer 
besides the primary user?
Can you confirm your building and room number?
What is your availability for the next few 
business days to set it up with you?

To prepare, if this delivery is replacing an 
existing station, please ensure that you move all 
of your files from that machine onto your H: drive 
or otherwise back them up.  Anything left on an 
old machine will not be accessible from your new 
one.  If you have any questions or need help 
backing up your data, please email me back or call 
our office at 8-8925.

Once that is complete, we can set up your new 
equipment.
