I need some additional information regarding 
service request #79472

Description: Set up 20210800[Edit Inv]



Your laptop, monitor, and dock are almost ready to 
be delivered. We have Adobe, Microsoft Office, and 
Zoom installed.

Some additional questions for your setup:
Do you need any additional software?
Who would you like to as admins?
Can you confirm your building and room number?
What is your availability for the next few 
business days to set it up with you?

To prepare, if this delivery is replacing an 
existing station, please ensure that you move all 
of your files from that machine onto your H: drive 
or otherwise back them up.  Anything left on an 
old machine will not be accessible from your new 
one.  If you have any questions or need help 
backing up your data, please email me back or call 
our office at 8-8925.

Once that is complete, we can set up your new 
equipment.
