Hey Patricia,
The other day when we were imaging the labs I saw 
your request about imaging the PC. I had talked to 
heather about it, and what we ended up doing was 
putting an NVMe on the desktop and reimaging it. I 
also checked with purchasing to make sure we can 
put the NVMe without extra cost. It is a lot 
faster than before. I will be delivering the PC 
later today but wanted to explain because I didn't 
contact you before doing this.

I checked and it doesn't look like it has an NVMe, 
and I believe we can put an NVMe in this, but I'll 
ask Joanie.

Hi There,

We have a new facility starting up in the fall and 
I’m trying to get their office set up.

We have a computer (Dell PC - 20181091) in the 
office currently, but it hasn’t been used for a 
few years and when I started it up it is running 
super slow. Can we have it reimaged or looked 
into, to see if we can get it up and running 
smoothly?

It is currently located in DFSC214
