I need some additional information regarding 
service request #79487

Description: Set up 20210802[Edit Inv]



Your laptop, doc, and two monitors are almost 
ready to be delivered. We have Adobe, Microsoft 
Office, and Zoom installed.

Some additional questions for your setup:
Do you need any additional software?
Who would you like as admins?
Can you confirm your building and room number?
Lastly, what is your availability for the next few 
business days to set it up with you?

Also, if this is replacing an existing computer 
make sure to add all the files that you want to 
keep on the H: drive because they won't transfer 
over otherwise.

Once that is complete, we can set up your new 
equipment.
