it. Meanwhile we would loan you a different 
computer. Please be sure to save all your files to 
the H: drive so your files will be accessible to 
you. There is also a chance we may wipe your 
computer to fix it.

Computer has been constantly restarting/shutting 
down. The user has run the updates. Happened three 
times yesterday and three times today.
