This was a one time exception since they were a 
student worker for the programmers. They are no 
longer here and the laptop has not been found 
since they departed so we need to keep this open 
in case one day it pops up again

Assigned a loaner that didn't replace main laptop / computer, I 
thought we couldn't do this. They'd have to submit a replacement or 
new setup request, right?
