Thank you for the follow-up regarding the Surface Pro, I don't have a preference since I don't have anything important in it. I just had the software we use for assessments, but it can be reinstalled. Also I'm not in a hurry because we're not doing assessments for now and we might go back to do them mid-late September.

Surface is on my desk. Waiting to see if she needs it back asap to reimage or if we should wait for John to see if he has the code to unlock it

the id and serial number would be different. but 
both times i installed this i called them, and they 
installed it remotely with my help

Hi Help Desk,

I was able to remote access Betsy's computer and 
download the installation package for the ERS Data 
System but was unable to complete the install 
without admin permissions. My guess is that one of 
your techs will need to remote in and finish the 
process. I am including the remaining steps below 
as well as the Organization ID and serial number 
required:

1. Click "finish" on the installer.
2. Adjust permissions on the C:\Branagh Group 
folder by right-clicking on the folder and going 
into Properties. Under the Security tab, make sure 
All Users have Full COntrol.  NOTE: This step may 
be required for the software to run properly based 
on our experience with the installer.
3. You should see the ERS icon on the desktop. 
Double-click to launch the application.
4. You will be prompted to register the software. 
Use the following:
Org ID: CELYD-37
Serial Number: AA8FF10F-570F-F600-0690-
E38BBF1C38C7
5. Once the software is registered you will be 
prompted to update. Follow the on-screen prompts 
to complete the update.
6. Once the update is completed click the button 
to "Exit Update, Launch ERS". You should see 
"Licensed to: Center on Early Learning and Youth 
Development" in the bottom left. Betsy is now 
ready to log in with the ERS credentials that were 
emailed to her.

Surface Pro is stuck on the BitLocker screen. It needs a recovery key to unlock.

Ana was okay with a re-image if needed. 

If it does get re-imaged it needs to have ERS reinstalled.
