To Disable Bitlocker

BitLocker -- bottom of the page
Turn off Bit locker

It will take a few minutes for it to disable bitlocker.

On your Surface Pro is there a code on the screen? If so, could you please send me that code so that we can try and help you get the bit locker unlocked.

Surface pro is stuck on the BitLocker screen, and 
needs a recovery key to unlock. She is from portland 
and has the surface pro. Same issue as SR# 79517.
