Rip tested out the turnstile and said phidget 
didn't work. John and I tested it and we found 
that the wiring in the turnstile made it not work. 
We fixed the wiring and now rectrac is done on 
both computers. We solved all the issues from the 
email.

I installed the second turnstile and downloaded all 
the software needed. I asked Rip to test it out and 
we can check back on it if there are any issues with 
it.

I restarted the computer and it got rid of the 
error, but I don't think it activated windows. 

The east computer's sleep mode is managed by the 
organization, so we have to contact someone else.

I have to ask John about this because I think we 
can just delete the profile and then make a new 
one, and we just have to reinstall RecTrac.

I deleted two of the computers user profiles, but 
still need to do the last one.

PS - The west turnstile keeps running an error 
where it says we do not have windows installed, so 
while you are there that would be awesome to fix.

PSS- The east computer keeps going to sleep mode, 
it does not have the same permissions as the west 
or center computers under the cr login 
credentials.

PSSS- The west computer is assigned or controlled 
by Micheal Burns is there any way to reverse that 
so it can be identical to the center console?

PSSSS- Please let me know if we can delete the 
PC's old users who are eating up tons of memory 
for the back 3 computers.

Rip had an issue with the side computers not 
connecting to the ID fingerprint when we had admin 
rights and the camera not defaulting to the right 
camera when we had admin rights. The solution was 
to uninstall and disable all the other cameras, so 
it defaulted to the USB one.

Rip said he will put a ticket in for Vermont systems 
and see if they can help troubleshoot the issue 
because the issue uses a id/key

Got RecTrac, M2Sys and Phidget installed, but there 
are still issues with getting Phidget to react after 
putting your finger on the M2Sys ID input.

Can you have these mini-computers imaged like our previous ones for the turnstiles in the HWC rec side?

They need to have the normal windows function with a login solely for Campus Recreation with Admin rights
Programs needed are
TightVNC - John Rushing installed last time
RecTrac
M2Sys
Phidget

The last time we tried to do this it took almost 4 months, so I was hoping we could get this done a little sooner prior to September 27th.

We may also have to set up a work ticket so Vermont Systems can walk a technician through all the steps of the installation of programs and then install them into the turnstiles.
