Hi Sara,

This is Justin from UCS. So I did a couple of 
updates to your computer to hopefully stop it from 
crashing and i haven't had it crash on me yet 
after having it run for a week straight, but one 
more thing I would like to do to it is delete your 
profile so that it gets a fresh one when you log 
back on to it when I bring it back to you. But I 
did want to make sure that there wasn't anything 
that you had saved on there before I do that so 
let me know if there is anything that is saved on 
there that isn't saved into the cloud or on your H 
drive and I'll get the computer back to you.

replaced it with loner 20160973[Edit Inv] for the moment 
while I play around with it to see if i can get it 
to crash talked to John about it and he was saying 
it could just be something with her profile. might 
try that next.
