I was emailing to double check if you still have / 
are using Dell laptop 20210582[Edit Inv]. I have an older 
loaner ticket here saying it was loaned out to you - 
we have stopped doing long-term loaners as we are 
running short of computers.

I need some additional information regarding service request #79671

Description: Needs a loaner Laptop for a Jacen Miller

I have a loaner ticket here from back in September 2022 saying that 
laptop 20210582[Edit Inv] was sent to WUC 119 for use by Jacen Miller for 
their study abroad position. Do you possibly know the whereabouts of 
this device? It says it is still assigned to Jacen Miller.
