There was some type of rubber stuff in her port that 
I got out. It seems to function fine now.

I checked out her port and it looks like there may 
be some lint in there not allowing for the 
connection to be inserted fully. I am going again 
today at 11:30am to try and fix it.

Good morning, Lourdes.

I may be using the wrong words...There are two 
USB-C ports on the left side of my laptop, MacBook 
Pro, and one of them stops the device adaptor 
thingy before it goes all the way in. I support I 
could push harder, but it is a new problem and I 
don't want to make it work. I hope that helps?

I am in RWEC 144. I don't know how fast the work 
can happen, but I will be unavailable from 9:45 to 
2:30 today. Tomorrow, I will be at the Salem 
campus and Friday I have meetings from 8 to 11.
