It's absolutely no problem at all, Mari! 

The ID Number for Mari's computer is 20190693[Edit Inv], and 
the ID Number for the printer she is trying to 
connect to (MA Copier) is 20211082[Edit Inv].

Hello,

I *think* I was able to add the right printer and 
the associated driver but I could not print 
anything out.
Can I please place a work order to completely this 
process? If I am not around, Kacie (CCed) can let 
you in my office if she is around. Although Kacie 
did share a document to install the styling 
feature, if would be great if you could add that 
as well while your technician is here.
