He may have installed the wrong driver also user 
code issues.

Yes, it's the Bellamy copier. I don't normally 
need a user code unless I log into the copier to 
make copies. 

I was just trying to print a pdf and a newspaper 
article from the NYT.

Please give me a call. That's easiest. Thanks.

My laptop # is 2021 0407. 

Last week I was able to print out a word document 
and that was it. But I couldn't print anything 
else. The printer is the big new copy machine (a 
Ricoh) in the Social Science office.

I'm at home now, but could come in to my office 
any time to get it fixed. Without printing it's 
hard to work, so I need to get this fixed, 
hopefully soon and for good.
