DP cable was unplugged from the second monitor and 
input was improperly set to VGA instead of 
Displayport

Afternoon,

Sorry for the late reply, I have certain office 
hours. It seems the monitors were moved 
around/fiddled with, so now the second monitor 
(#20181464) now displays correctly, but the other 
monitor on my desk (#20101225) now no longer 
displays. It says it's missing a VGA cable. Is it 
possible for a tech to come out today, or would 
tomorrow be better?

They need a DP cord for sure, but other cords are 
missing they just don't know what or which so might 
have to check it out.

Thank you for the quick response! The WOU# for the 
monitor is 20181464[Edit Inv]. The PC tower number is 
20181475[Edit Inv]. I am located in room 122 in the Werner 
University Center. I'm not entirely sure what else 
it could be missing, my model differs from my 
colleagues, so far I only see a power cable and a 
USB-B cable plugged in.

I have noticed that my second monitor, located in 
the ASWOU office in the far left corner of the 
room, isn't properly set up. It is missing a DB 
cable, among a couple of other connections. I'd 
like to request some help getting that fixed and 
set up.

Do you need any additional information from me? 
Such as the serial number of the monitor and or 
PC?
