Subject:  New Dell Computer Setup

Hello Ikaika, 

We have your new Dell and two Monitors ready to be delivered 
and set up.  To prepare, if this delivery is replacing an 
existing station, please ensure that you move all of your 
files from that machine onto your H: drive or otherwise back 
them up.  Anything left on an old machine will not be 
accessible from your new one.  If you have any questions or 
need help backing up your data, please email me back or call 
our office at 8-8925.

Once that is complete, we can set up your new equipment.  
Please let us know your availability for the next few business 
days so that we can schedule a time to set it up with you.
