Dear Sam,

I have done all this. I have downloaded the 
driver, tried setting it up, followed the 
instructions, but the instructions do not 
accurately reflect what is shown on my computer.

Social Science for the new printer, however, my 
options are different from those presented in the 
pdf. My computer # is 20210399[Edit Inv], and the copier is 
named Three Sister IT Timber

Hello,

The Social Science division got a new copier and I 
have been unable to connect my Macbook to print. 
I'd like to set up an appointment to have someone 
set up the printer. I'll be in my office (BELL 
218) tomorrow from 2 until around 4 - could 
someone come in that window?
