Printer is on my desk. Test print works but still doesn't communicate with the computer as a printer it only gets listed as unspecified device.

Description: Printer not registering as a printer :

We were wondering if this has been resolved for you 
or if we can still be of assistance with this.  If

I put the ticket under a staff, but the point of 
contact is Gwendolyn Hagen who is available in the 
times they listed below. Waiting on WOU# too, will 
add when they send it over.

The device is located in the Rice Authorium in 
room 101. I believe when the device was set up, 
the computer registered it as another device 
rather than another printer. I am here from 4pm 
today and 12-4 on thursday. There will be someone 
here tomorrow from 12-3 as well if those days do 
not work for you. Thanks.

My name is Gwendolyn Hagen and I work in the Box 
office at Rice Authorium. We have a new ticket 
printer that is set up as another device rather 
than a printer. If we can have someone come check 
it out that would be great. I will be here today
