Clayton picked it up last Friday.

Successfully replaced the battery. running some tests before handing it back.

He replied and said he'll drop the computer off sometime next week.

Yes it is ... We've just been incredibly busy with events and it's the computer I use for our statistics. Same for this week as I have games Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I leave town the following week (I'm not sure when I could bring it in between Saturday night and leaving Monday early morning), but I can bring it in again the following week. 

Also gave charger back 20190228, he will return it 
both on monday, and continue to use loaner 

I've tested with setting the battery plan to "better battery" mode and a youtube live stream on the background so far has lasted more than 2.5 hours with 60% charge left

Battery report indicated that design capacity is 68k and the current full charge capacity is 50k. This means the battery may still be good and there might be something that's draining the battery.

Hello,

We would need to take a look at the computer and 
determine the issue. If it is the battery we will 
need to order a new one. It is hard to say how 
long it would take... If you bring this in later 
today we can determine the issue either today or 
tomorrow then you can pick it up on Thursday even 
if it is not fixed.

User is going to bring laptop in to be dropped off
