The replacement battery for your computer has arrived. You can go ahead and drop of the laptop to our front desk anytime that is convenient for you and we'll get started on replacing the battery.

Yes it is ... We've just been incredibly busy with events and it's the computer I use for our statistics. Same for this week as I have games Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I leave town the following week (I'm not sure when I could bring it in between Saturday night and leaving Monday early morning), but I can bring it in again the following week.

both on monday, and continue to use loaner

Picked up laptop and will hold onto loaner because 
he will drop off laptop after game on saturday, so 
expect a drop on Monday 10/16

I've tested with setting the battery plan to "better battery" mode and a youtube live stream on the background so far has lasted more than 2.5 hours with 60% charge left

Battery report indicated that design capacity is 68k and the current full charge capacity is 50k. This means the battery may still be good and there might be something that's draining the battery.

Hello,

We would need to take a look at the computer and 
determine the issue. If it is the battery we will 
need to order a new one. It is hard to say how 
long it would take... If you bring this in later 
today we can determine the issue either today or 
tomorrow then you can pick it up on Thursday even 
if it is not fixed.

I forgot to bring it by yesterday ... Is today ok? 
I do need it back somewhat soon, however ... All 
of my programs are on here. I have my desktop I 
can work off of but that thing is slow and not 
really responsive for the first hour of my day.

The battery on my laptop I use mainly will not 
hold a charge longer than 30 minutes (and that is 
generous) when off a power supply.
