got the dock working had to unplug the dock from the 
computer and then unplug the power from the dock. 
then plug the power back in and then the computer.

User says the dock for his laptop isn't working, 
the fan is running on it but the power button 
won't light up and it doesn't do anything. Tried 
unplugging it and plugging it back in. He wants 
someone to come take a look today if possible, in 
Lieuallen Admin 106.
