I checked after giving Alexis the type well laptop 
and they said they haven't had the issue since.

checked it out and the monitors are going into 
power saving mode randomly they had this problem 
before. i swapped the display ports to the 
motherboard outputs to see if the graphics cards 
are the problems hopefully they work now

Caller said that both computers go into power saving mode when someone is using them.
