I plugged them into the monitor and the error was
gone.

Walked over to take a look. Initially, the mouse and keyboard were plugged into the USB 3.0 ports on the monitor's left side. The 3.0 USB adapter cable going from the monitor to the PCoIP device was plugged into a 2.0 port on its front.

I went through the event logs, and apparently a USB device was drawing too much power. I unplugged ALL USB devices and the error remained. One USB port on the back of the device was severely broken. I suspect there is an issue with the PCoIP device balancing its power appropriately.

I eventually got the error to go away by plugging the USB 3.0 adapter into the back, and the keyboard and mouse into the front of the PCoIP device.

I still suspect there is a power balancing issue.

It appears that the USB Optical Mouse, USB Keyboard, and Hub Controller are plugged into the EHCI USB Hub Controller (manages high-speed USB connections).

2 other USB devices: P2418HZm and USB Webcam, are connected to a USB hub that is between them and the PCoIP Zero Client root hub(s). I believe this is what is causing the error. We can try plugging the Webcam into a different USB port.

The computer in Hamersly 224 is saying there's a
USB over current warning and they tried making
sure nothing was over loading it, tried rebooting
the computer and unplugging and re-plugging cords
in and the warning won't go away.
