hard drive is dead (Error Code 2000-0151). Replacing 
with spare & imaging

Checked it out, it's not a bios issue, so we have to 
do something with the hard drive.

Computer #20140982[Edit Inv] in the CPP keeps saying "Alert 
hard drive not found" and then "no bootable devices" 
with options to restart. User tried rebooting but 
nothing changed.
