Loaner printer returned

Talked to him about putting in a purchase request to get the printer replaced. 

Do a follow up to make sure they put in a purchase request. This can only be a two week loaner

Description: Portable Printer Not Turning On

So we looked at your printer and it just doesn't get 
power anymore. So we are going to get you a loner 
until you are able to get a purchase request going 
to get a new one. We'll leave the loner where you 
left the old one by the downstairs copier.

I will be gone during the day tomorrow, though I 
can leave it in the athletic office in the printer 
room next to the big printer as that should be 
open all day tomorrow.

If I need to be here, Monday will work - just not 
from 9-10 a.m. as I have a meeting.

The printer is in the athletics main office in the 
New PE Building. First floor on the right as you 
walk in from the front of the building. I put the 
printer on the counter in our print room next to 
our large printer.

We are having a problem with one of our portable 
printers ... it is not turning on. It's a Xerox 
Phaser 3260 (20170698 is the WOU number).

We still have one left - but we will need both as 
we have events at the same time 10/22.Thank you.
