Hi Jen,

I need some additional information regarding service request #79837

Description: Laptop needs to be reimaged for new employee

I just wanted to reach back out to you because last month I worked on a laptop for a new staff member for your department and I dropped it off but I did not add a user as an administrator because we weren't sure who it was going to yet. Has the Dell laptop with WOU #20210584[Edit Inv] been assigned to a staff member? 

If this is the case, would you mind sharing with me who it was assigned to and if you need me to add them as and admin on the laptop I can do that as well.

Jen called today and asked if the new person could use the laptop in the meantime while her portal gets setup. Will add a loaner account on the device and will deliver to Jen but will wait to hear back and add the new user account and update inventory.

Asked John and he said that it was okay to just remove the profile and add the new account as an admin. I will make sure everything on the laptop is up to date.

I deleted the user profile, but not sure if we 
should do a full reimage because it has the dragon 
license and no one knows how the license works for 
it.
