Hello,
We have an iPad pencil 20190574[Edit Inv] that the patron 
claims is not working and supposedly they asked 
the helpdesk and someone there couldn't get it to 
work.

Anyway, the iPad kit is being brought to you by a 
UCS tech.  

The last time this happened, John Rushing worked 
on the issue with Apple.  The library ended up 
paying for replacement but it was at a cheaper 
cost.  Not sure if this will be the same for this 
one.
