Justin and I rebooted the devices, but the issue was 
it defaulted to wouvdi.wou.edu instead of 
vdi.wou.edu. So Jenna fixed it. Also a monitor is 
slightly messed up

Hello!

The computers that we have are right inside the 
door in the advising center. As you walk into the 
Advising center, the are on your left. It is a 
very small computer lab. Only nine computers.

Hello!

We are having some problems with two computers in 
the lab. When students try to use the computer, 
they can not sign into computer. There is a error 
saying that there is a "another device on the 
network that has the same IP address" 

Are we able to have someone come out and fix it?
