She dropped it off for a tech to check it out and 
since she is a student who is using this as their 
primary device it would be best to get it back to 
her as soon as possible.

Hi there,
I am currently using a Chromebook from Hammersly 
library to do my coursework as my personal one is 
broken. The storage is so low that I cannot synch 
offline, there is less than 500mb available. 
Almost all of the data is in other users but I 
cannot delete their data because it is something 
controlled by the school. Is there any way to fix 
this? The rest of the data is all in pre-installed 
apps or system data which I also can't touch.
