Hi Scott,

We were just following up with you regarding a 
service request that we have for you.  (#79862)

Description: Spilled Tea on Mac laptop 

We opened it up and cleaned it out and it is turning 
back on and working again. It is ready to be picked 
up and it waiting at the front. I was talking to my 
supervisor and he said that if it does give you any 
more trouble and we have to send it into apple to be 
fixed to tell you that your department would have to 
be charged for it as the warranty doesn't cover 
spills unfortunately.

Someone checked it and didn't put it in the ticket. 
Justin also made sure it was good to go and now it's 
in the front. Justin said he would email him

Stopped by to report that he spilled tea on the 
laptop, and it short circuited, completely 
shutdown. He is wanting to know if his class 
material and files that he didn't back up to the 
network can be saved. He is wanting an update on 
the state of the mac as soon as he can because he 
will decide if a loaner is something he needs 
after the status update.
