User hasn't come back to claim screw so I just put them in the drawer and will mark this as complete.

Tried opening and looking into it but it seems the camera got unglued from the camera module it was attached to. Didn't get a chance to mess around with it more as she took it back, but without the back screws. Those are still on my desk.

I'm a remote employee, way out in Baker City, and need help with the following:
getting VPN access on my Dell Latitude - needs admin password to continue the install
My webcam on the Latitude only faces one way and I can't get it to rotate to use on Zoom. I've attached an image of what the device manager shows, for what I believe is the internal camera on the Latitude.
The webcams in both the Latitude and my other 2 monitors say "requires further installation". I've checked and the most current drivers are installed. The image for this is also attached.

Hello Monica,

The Dell Latitude is a tablet with a detachable keyboard, which is what I was issued instead of a laptop. The barcode for the Latitude is 20190352[Edit Inv]. The internal camera on the Latitude tablet works facing away from me, so when sitting at my desk the camera shows the wall in front of me. When I open the camera app and select the icon for "rotate camera" to face toward me, it displays a black screen. The pinhole on the tablet screen shows the lenses slightly askew. This makes me think that this device (not new to me) may have dropped at some point and the camera doesn't work - possibly connected to the camera sensor power failure notification. However, I would love for someone else more skilled with hardware to confirm before I purchase an external webcam for use during work travel.

The monitors are both Dells and the barcodes are 20170881[Edit Inv] and 20170223[Edit Inv].

If I can explain things more clearly in a phone call or Zoom meeting, let me know. Thanks for your help.
