Hi Marina,

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #79868

Description: Blue error screen

Are you available today to replace your computer with a 
loaner? We might have to erase the hard drive which 
would erase all files on the computer. I would 
recommend saving everything to the H drive before hand.

Description: Blue error screen 

Do you have the error message you got when the computer 
crashed and went to the blue screen? Also, if you could 
please try running updates like last time by clicking 
the windows key and typing windows updates, enter. Then 
select check for updates.

I also reintalled all the drivers through dell 
command update. She said it's working so far. She 
will be downloading her stuff to H drive just in 
cases it crashes again.
