Went in to check this out today and the issue is that Karla is trying to print from her PC to ED-Copier and ED-DownstairsCopier. Trying to access settings doesn't do anything because it freezes. I was able to finally remove the printers from the computer but wasn't able to add them because running \\threesisters would not pop up anything. I would suggest trying to add them again.
