iPad is at the front desk.

iPad has been unlocked. Working on updates and then 
it should be ready to go back to Arne

Seeing how this iPad is from 2014 in the first place, it is likely just 
going to get PDR'd. If it has his iCloud lock on it, then there should be 
no way someone from outside could get in as Apple prides itself on 
their security. I would just PDR the iPad and toss out the ticket.

Arne never came in. All we have to do is get him to 
put in his code for the activation lock and then we 
can reimage his iPad. John and Monica know how to 
reimage an iPad.

I wanted to remind you before I leave that we have 
your Ipad that needs to be re-imaged. It has an 
activation lock which you might be able to get rid 
of by coming over and putting in the code or by 
going to the Icloud.com site and removing it from 
your email. We are here from 8 to 5, so if there's 
a time for you we can head over or you can come to 
us.
