She said that Christopher will show them once they 
got back from their trip. She never emailed about 
being stuck on it, so I assume this is now resolved.

I told Chris how to connect to the server on mac 
should it shouldn't be an issue if he tells her. I 
will send an email to her and make sure she gots it 
resolved before completing it

User has tried following instructions we sent and 
is still unable to map the drives on her laptop to 
get to her I drive and wants some help figuring it 
out.  
She is in the east wing of SSA room 106. Available 
at 3 pm on 11/3
