Hi Kella,

We were just emailing you regarding a service 
request that we have for you. (#79941)

Computer has randomly rebooted twice now. Check for 
issues.

I've updated some of the drivers that were for your 
dock and I think that might have been the problem 
that your computer was having based on how the loner 
was acting. I'd also like to quickly run some 
updates just to make sure the dock is fully updated.  
When would be a good time for me to drop off your 
computer and pick up the loner?

I think it was a software or connection issue. I 
restarted the computer and dock. After this I 
couldn't replicate this issue she was having. 
Also, windows update was failing.

I left her an extra keyboard in case that is the 
issue.

Hello,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, my computer was replaced 
yesterday with a loner computer and now I'm having 
issues with my keyboard. The keys are sometimes 
not picking up thhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhe letter 
andddddddddddddddddd sometimes the keys appear 
stuck but they don't act like it on the keyboard.                 
Any suggestions about the keyboard?
