dell command update had some updated that seemed to 
reinstall the driver for wifi. Got it to work just 
fine, she is also going to run windows updates on 
it.

shcc 117 cannot connect to wireless internet, they 
can hardwire but it isnt working wireless. 

The sooner the better, no need to call before 
hand.

Chris stated we fixed the issues a couple weeks 
back but it started happening again this morning,.
