Good morning Amy,

I have updated your laptop to Windows 11, 
installed the new anti virus and removed the old 
one. I've installed MS Office and Shapelocker and 
tested it to be working. It also has Adobe 
creative cloud with Acrobat Pro. The only software 
I haven't got going is camtasia. If you have any 
info that can help me get that setup for you, that 
would be much appreciated. I'll also need you to 
log in one time to create your profile and to move 
your desktop and documents folders back on the 
device that I have backed up. Maybe we can 
schedule a time to do that.

Hi Rowan,

I don't know if you are the person to talk to 
about this, but a little background. I ordered a 
new computer back in maybe 2020. I got a new 
laptop through UCS, but then it failed. They gave 
me a loaner as a replacement. Now this laptop is 
starting to break down. I just got an "Unknown 
Hard Error" this morning. Should I request a 
replacement or repair of this recurring problem 
first before installing the Shape Locker. 
Everytime I start it up lately it has some error 
like this or I just get a black screen with a 
mouse cursor.

I am going through our service request system 
ahead of fall term and trying to close/update some 
old tickets that we still have active. One of them 
is related to installing "OfficeOne Shape Locker 
3" to your laptop, I see in the system that 
Michael Volkmman may have installed this for you 
back in 2022? but it was reopened this last may as 
you perhaps got a new laptop?. Wanted to check and 
see if this was ever taken care of for you? or if 
you no longer need it installed. If that is the 
case, awesome! However if its not and you are 
still looking to get the software installed for 
you, let me know and I can try my best to resolve 
it ASAP
