Hi Kevin,

It looks like the computer is having trouble updating 
still due to low storage available. I was able to 
download the update but to complete the installer 
still required another 12 GB of storage.

Are there any programs you think are not being used 
that are installed on the computer we can remove? 
Also, it may help looking through the user accounts 
you listed and seeing if there's anything that can be 
deleted. Some common files that are quite large are 
installers and old downloads.
