went over there. her computer and dock were being 
weird. her computer wouldn't recognize the dock 
when trying to install firmware updates for the 
dock. oneil brought over another computer, and the 
ports worked when our computer was plugged in, but 
they did not work when the user's computer was 
plugged in. 

long story short, we tried a variety of things to 
no avail. end result was we recommended a usb-c to 
usb-a adapter. closing this ticket.

potential fix to connect with a dock:

Open the Yubico Authenticator app. Go to Settings -> Interface. There you should see an option to 
change to CCID with custom reader. Change the connected readers to Yubico Yubikey OTP+F... and change 
the reader filter to Yubico Yubikey OTP+FIDO+CCID 0. These options might not be exact (1 year old).

Hi,

  I have a Yubi Key that needs to plug into the 
docking station but it doesnt connect - the only 
way I can use it is on the laptop.  

  Can you assist?
