Could not replicate the noise besides during restarts. May have been partially caused by 
the cd tray being left open?

Closing ticket for now. If the problem reoccurs, please get more information about what 
they are doing at the time/what programs they are running so we can more accurately try and 
figure out what is causing the noise. Commonly, extra noise is from drives/fans working 
harder due to how the computer is being used.

Actually, it might not be hers. If it's a classroom 
then I think it should've been replaced already

Donna made the call from Bell 332 where the 
computer is located. She says whenever she has a 
class and uses the computer it keeps making a 
humming noise that distracts her class and it gets 
super loud at one point and then stops randomly. 
She's hoping a a tech can check it out when they 
can.
